We are so excited to announce that the clinic is re-opened to the public again! We have spent weeks preparing our clinic and training our staff for our reopening with your health and safety in mind.
We truly look forward to welcoming our patients back! Here are some of the changes you can expect when you come to visit our offices.
Make an appointment!
In order to maintain proper physical distancing all services will require an appointment. You will need to email us or call us to make appointments for:
- Purchasing glasses or sunglasses
- In-person doctor visits
- Virtual clinic visits (Telemedicine)
- Adjustment, pick-up and repair of glasses
- Curbside pick-up for online purchases of eye drops, eyewear accessories and vitamins
In case you didn’t know, we now have an online store with all our doctor recommended eye drops and vitamins. You can also buy your contact lenses and non-prescription sunglasses and arrange for home shipping or curbside pick-up. Gift cards are also available. Click here to visit the shop.
Your glasses selection and purchase appointment can be booked immediately after your eye exam. This will help streamline your personalized eye care so that you can have everything done on the same day!
Arriving at our clinic
When you arrive at our clinic you will notice that our doors are locked. Instead of coming right to the door, we ask that you give us a call to let us know you have arrived. If we are at currently at capacity, you will have to wait either outside or in your car until we are able to invite you in. Once you are invited in, our patient concierge will go over mandatory COVID-19 screening questions to ensure the safety of you and everyone else at our clinic.
After you have sanitized your hands and placed your provided mask on, you will have a friendly staff member escort you to your next location at the clinic. Around the office you will see lots of helpful signs that will remind you to maintain physical distancing and signs that indicate that chairs and exam rooms have been properly cleaned and disinfected. We have strict cleaning and sanitization procedures in place to help keep patients and staff safe.
All our staff will be wearing smiles under our masks. We are taking all the necessary steps to provide you with the comfort that you are safe in our space!
Leaving our clinic
Once you have finished your appointment you will be guided to our reception desk to check-out. We ask that you use contactless methods of payment such as credit cards and debit cards. Your invoices and prescriptions will be emailed to you following your appointment.
Please keep your mask on until you have exited our clinic to ensure the safety of you and others in the office. Expect the same friendly service from all of us at MVC, we even have pins on our shirts to remind you of the smiles you may not be able to see under our masks!
