Feeling Sporty with Under Armour Eyewear
First Dior, then Chloe, now Under Armour! I hope you can keep up with all of the new collections landing in our optical boutique here at Merivale Vision Care. We are very excited to share that the new Under Armour eyeglass collection has arrived, and if you like a sporty look these frames are for you!
The Under Armour optical collection consists of twelve new optical styles including ten styles for men and two for women. These new frames were all designed in collaboration with frame manufacturer Safilo’s global sports and outdoor lifestyle centre, and are designed for outdoor and performance wear with a versatile sporty style. If you like Oakley frames but feel that some of their styles are a bit outlandish, Under Armour offers a more understated answer to those looks. If you like the bold look of the Smith collection but find the frame profiles a bit too chunky then you will like the slightly leaner profile of the Under Armour frames.
There are some cool features that set the Under Armour collection apart. Each frame features one of three different performance-oriented nose pads styles. The frames also feature flexible temples that showcase temple tips made from lasered rubber that are adjustable and non-slip. The temples also feature auto-lock stop hinges with Nitinol memory material, which translates to lightweight frames with high durability.
