Traumatic Brain Injury
A Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), a concussion, is the result of direct injury to the head, or from whiplash. This can lead to visual and / or binocular vision dysfunction. Some of our optometrists have trained in vision therapy and will develop a personalized plan and exercises to help you on your road to recover from your TBI.
Holistic Wellness Eye & Vision Exams
This type of comprehensive exam goes beyond providing a prescription for your glasses. Dr Saunders will assess the health of your eyes using the latest digital technology such as optical coherence tomography (OCT) that includes retinal photography. Prevention and reduction of destructive eye conditions is our aim. Dr. Saunders offers lifestyle coaching for eye and visual well-being. This includes recommendations in nutrition, natural vision improvement through dynamic relaxation and movement, exercise, mindfulness and vision therapy.
