The Merivale Vision Care Trunk Show is Back!

Ready to upgrade your spring style, eyewear-wise? Have we got an event coming up for you. After an unforeseen hiatus to due a virus that shall not be named here, we are so excited to share that the Merivale Vision Care Trunk Show is back, and it is going to be better than ever! Mark your calendars because our Spring Trunk Show is on May 15^th and 16^th, 2023.  

If you have been part of the MVC family for a while it is likely you attended one of our previous Trunk Shows. We typically hosted one every spring and one every fall to highlight the amazing products and collections from designer brands and lens manufacturers. You will know we have fun, enjoy treats, listen to great music, and take care of our eyes in the most fashion-forward way possible. We are elated to be bringing the Spring Trunk Show back this May and we are certain that you will find the perfect frames for you when you attend.

If you have never been to a trunk show before, or never heard of one, here is how it works. A trunk show is an enjoyable event where we feature only a couple of designer brands. We put away all products not part of the trunk show’s features to make space to display their entire collections in our optical boutique for you to shop. We absolutely love hosting a complete collection in our boutique because you can view, try on, and compare every piece a collection has to offer.

The party does not stop there! We will be hosting Gucci, Montblanc, and OLC eyewear collections and fitting Nikon lenses into any trunk show selections. You will be receiving beautiful and amazing quality eyewear with special discounts on frames as well as first and multiple-pair purchases.

Furthermore, we will be donating a portion of the trunk show proceeds to a cause near and dear to our staff members’ hearts: the ALS Society of Canada. These proceeds will go towards research that shows the most promise to slow down ALS (or hopefully even stop it). More to come about the ALS Society of Canada and the amazing work they do, so watch this space.
